Sad to see all the birds head south 😕 But that means fall photos, aurora shots, and many cold walks for me. Don't know why I am on a silhouette kick recently.

I absolutely love the wing-flapping motion that loons display when another loon approaches. I don't know much about these birds, but this flapping motion comes across as a warning 🤔
